Natural Watermelon Flavoring 4 oz Bottle. Great for beer or fruit wines. Making a Watermelon Wheat? Watermelon IPA? This will get you that Watermelon Flavor. Wine or mead need a little Watermelon Flavor? This will boost that flavor. We recommend adding in the secondary to your desired flavor level. We recommend adding 1 - 2 ounces in 5 gallon batch let it sit for a day or 2 then taste a sample. Add more if you still need more flavor. We find most recipes work well with 2-4 ounces total added.

Potassium Sorbate dissolves completely in wine to prevent yeast from fermenting. This product will not stop an active fermentation. It is typically used prior to bottling to prevent carbonating your wine. Use 1/2 tsp. per gallon.

Irish Moss is a seaweed derived fining agent used by many brewers to help make a clear beer without the need for a filter, and to prevent chill haze. Irish Moss accelerates protein coagulation during the end of the boil which helps prevent chill haze. Many of our brewers use this product in every batch. Use 1 teaspoon per 5 gallon batch, and it is added with 15 minutes remaining in the boil.
